Guidelines for submitting a symposium proposal

To submit a symposium proposal, please send us an e-Mail. Each symposium speaker should also submit his/her abstract by Monday, 29.04.2019, stating the title and chair of the symposium.

The email should include the following information:

  • Name, affiliation, and e-mail address of the symposium chair
  • Title of the symposium in no more than 10 words
  • An description of the symposium in no more than 500 words that explains the topic of the symposium and explains how the presentations can complement each other.
  • The following information about 4 - 5 presentations:
  • Authors, including their affiliations and email addresses
  • Abstract title and (individually submitted) abstracts

Before you organize a full symposium, you can request feedback by sending us an e-mail with the title, the description of the symposium, and the names of the potential speakers.
